windows.

- Access to the full channel count advertised in your subscribed plan.
- Anti-freeze and buffer-reduction technology active at all times.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident you will love Shine TV. If the service does not perform as described due to issues
on our end, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of your initial

3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers the following service-side issues:
- Server outages or downtime exceeding 4 consecutive hours.
- Loss of access to subscribed channels without notice.
- Account activation failures after confirmed payment.
- Streams consistently failing to deliver the advertised quality at your location despite adequate
internet speed (25 Mbps+ for HD; 50 Mbps+ for 4K).
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Service interruptions due to your internet service provider (ISP) or local network issues.
- Incompatibility with unsupported or outdated devices.
- Issues arising from VPN use that may affect stream routing.
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced 24 hours in advance).
- Force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, widespread infrastructure failures,
etc.).
- Accounts suspended due to Terms & Conditions violations.
5. Subscription Extension Policy
If verified server-side downtime exceeds 4 hours in any given month, Shine TV will automatically
extend affected subscriptions by the equivalent downtime duration at no additional cost. Extensions
are applied within 7 business days of the incident resolution.
6. Support Commitment
Our dedicated support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with
any service issues. We commit to:
- First response within 1 hour via WhatsApp during peak hours.
- Resolution of common technical issues within 24 hours.
- Escalation of complex issues to our technical team within 48 hours.
