1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Shine TV's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Shine TV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service delivering live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and related content to customers in the United States. Access is granted on a subscription basis for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
  • Prices are subject to change with advance notice to active subscribers.
  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly opted in during purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Shine TV offers a money-back guarantee within the first 24 hours of your initial subscription if the service does not meet your expectations due to technical issues on our end. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour window.
  • Issues related to your internet connection or device compatibility.
  • Partial use of subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shine TV solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials.
  • Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures.
  • Use the service for public broadcast, commercial screening, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of the service or content.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Shine TV is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately at info@shinetvs.us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Service Availability

Shine TV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Shine TV is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Termination

Shine TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shine TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
